This course is for beginner’s wanting to learn and qualify in gel polish. It will provide you with all of the necessary skills and an industry recognised qualifications. The course is fully accredited.
Gel Polish Application
The Gel Polish course covers how to complete gel polish application and demonstrates the correct removal techniques. The course also covers reception and consultation, contra-indications to treatment and aftercare advice.
The course is run online via video, where you can pause, re-watch and learn at your own pace and practise. The video takes you through the complete process of applying gel polish at a professional level. You will also be supplied a downloadable training manual, covering all theory that you can read beforehand. This will be emailed to you for your convenience.
You will then be required to attend a live video call, where you will be required to demonstrate your competance, on passing, you will be a fully certified nail technician in gel polish application. The live video calls last approximately 2 hours.
Assessments are held through the day with the occasional evening and weekend slots available.
You will be required to provide the case studies to complete the course, these will need to be sent to your educator for assessment. We provide ongoing support to all our students via our educators.

Fully Accredited
On completion of the training you will be able to gain insurance to start offering your treatments to paying clients. Our courses are accredited and we can provide you with a choice of recommended insurance providers.

Do I need any previous experience?
Our courses are designed for beginners, so you need absolutely no previous experience to start.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes we do - you can spread the cost of your course over 12 months at 0% APR. Contact us for more information on how to do this.
How long does it take?
We have 1 & 2 day courses.
What if I struggle?
Our tutors are always on hand to answer any questions you may have, you can simply ask one of the tutors for help, we'll be with you every step of the way to help with any concerns or thoughts you may have.
When will my assessment be?
Your assessment will be on the same day. Students arrive and the first part is theory, after that, we concentrate on the practical side, developing your skills step-by-step until you are fully competent and meet the standard. After this, we'll assess your ability and on meeting the criteria, we will then qualify you - to date we've had a 100% pass rate.
Will I receive a qualification?
On passing the course, you will receive a LBTA training certificate, fully accredited.
